The Organization is calling on the leaders of North Korea and the United States to please stop taunting and going at each the way that you have been. There is a need for you two sides to meet and discuss these issues rather than the intimidation and antagonism that has been going on for months over this test missile of North Korea's and their nuclear capabilities by the United States. It is time to discuss this openly and come to some solutions. Put aside age old differences. The United States should be willing to talk and not "bully" obviously this is one of the issues involved here. No one likes to be "bullied" Mr. Bush. Now you have the Korean's escalating things because of your "bullying" talk through the media.

 The organization offers a chat room on the web site of canadiansovereigntyandprosperityparty.Com It is called NWOON CHAT page. I will be in this chat room if the two sides care to "chat room" it out. I will be there between 5:30 p.m. pacific standard time and 6:00 p.m. to be of assistance in these discussion(s) I am sure that both sides would like to act like responsible and well meaning leaders and put away the media rhetoric and do some real meaningful talking and discussing. I mean to come to some understandings of the reasons for the feelings and attitudes that brings on this crisis.

 It is the affluent nations of this world and their leaders that are currently opposing the less fortunate nations with continuous demands that these less fortunate nations not be allowed to acquire weapons of this earth's destruction. Well, these oppressors have it half correct any ways. No nation on this planet should be allowed to acquire and maintain weapons of this earth's destruction! The affluent countries that demand that other countries that are less affluent be denied nuclear weapons and testing of missiles are just making a mockery of all logical sense in regard to this matter. You nations, that are making the demands, on other nations; to not be allowing them to have nuclear weapons don't you get it? These nations will want to posses these weapons even more than ever!

You oppressor’s are making this acquisition of nuclear weapons a "international competition" that no nation seems to want to loose. You oppressive nations are also just creating and then making the problem much worse and not solving it at all. The only real solution is for the international community to agree on and to make international laws through the United Nations, for no nation on this earth to be allowed to acquire weapons of this earth destruction. This can be done also, by alternative; by nations joining on to this organization and setting up the most needed international laws, court and policing against nuclear arms possession and build ups!!  Nuclear weapons should not be a rich countries option only.

 I don't think nuclear weapons being in the hands of the United States are such a wonderful thing. I recall the actions of the late president Kennedy and the "Cuban missile crisis" from back in the early 1960's. This kind of crisis clearly gives us the lesson that no affluent or large nation need to in possession of nuclear weapons for anyone on earth to feel safe! Mr. Bush seems to be going after North Korea quite frequently, there seems to be a sentiment of bitterness between the United States and North Korea. The seeds of bitterness which still are present after the Korean war, that the United States participated in for four years before the conflict ended in a bitter stale mate. Mr. Bush needs to practice putting the past bitterness of war and aggression between his nation and North Korea behind himself and look at the big picture. No country including the United States of America should be allowed to acquire and maintain nuclear weapons! It is not in the best interest of any nation on this earth or the future of this earth for any nation to posses, acquire posses and test nuclear weapons! Join in at the United Nations Mr. President Bush in talks over making international laws to make nuclear weapons illegal if you truly want to make a difference in this world and solve this international on going problem!

Emal submission made to Yahoo Question from Bono ; "What will make poverty history?" of July 8, 2006;

What can be done to eliminate the world’s poor or at least substantially reduce it is for there to be a tax on rich people internationally of 7% to be given to worthwhile charities such as World Vision to develop teaching of farming and agricultural programs that teach and provide actual physical help to the people of these poorest countries. To provide the poorest of the poor with the equipment and resources to farm and survive on their own with out becoming reliant on hand outs! To obtain money additionally by eliminating or at least substantially reducing violent aggressions, invasions, civil wars, genocides and violent conflicts globally this is a major reason for the cause of poverty in the first place. To do this by the international community developing laws, courts and police to ensure that these laws are enforced globally! To also make international laws eliminating nuclear arms build up and to use the money that is saved by making wars, invasion, violent aggressions illegal as well as nuclear arms acquisitions illegal to use the money saved to develop and in statute these poverty ending ideas globally through World Vision and other reputable international aid organizations! Email submission to Yahoo's Question and Answer page of July 10, 2006;

Why doesn't Mr. Rumsfeld and Mr. Bush get together and plan out how America can police all the nations of the earth, for having, or trying to obtain, more or some nuclear weapons, by lobbying the United Nations to institute international laws making it illegal for any nation on earth to obtain more or some nuclear weapons and all nations on earth with nuclear weapons, to begin a orderly nuclear weapons reduction and disposal? To effectively end all nuclear war threats from all nations on earth as a legacy for America the great peace keeper of the world?

Email letter to the Prime Minister of Canada as well as the Foreign Affairs minister and the Ambassador to the United Nations with copies sent to CBC Canada Now Vancouver of July 14, 2006;

Thank you for your response.

I want at this time to address the Prime Minister Stephen Harper, as well as the Canadian ambassador to the United Nations as well as Canada's Foreign Affairs Minister with the following proposal put forth in the form of this question; "Don't you ministers as well as the Prime Minister believe that Canada should lobby the United Nations and put forth a resolution proposal to the United Nations to establish international laws, courts and military/police force to enforce "new" international laws making wars, invasions, international violent aggressions one nation or group residing within a nation and occupations a international criminal offence, that the United Nations security council can act on these "new" internationals laws in place of the current system or lack there of?"

Also, don't you members of Canada's national government believe that similar international laws should be institute to govern the international community, through the United Nations Security Council in this exact same way for laws to be established making it a international criminal offence for any nation on earth, to acquire nuclear weapons and making a law for all nations to begin a orderly disarmament process? I believe that your government and Canada in general needs to step forth and make these resolution proposals to the United Nations and persist in this matter to help the United nations in their current dilemmas over North Korea and Iran trying to posses weapons of this earth's destruction. No nation should be allowed to posses this capability to destroy the entire earth as we all know and love it.

Sincerely,

Barrie J. Caldwell

Email letter sent to Tony Blair the Prime Minister of Great Britain and the Foreign Affairs Minister as well as the Ambassador to the United Nations of July, 15, 2006 with copies sent to CBC Canada Now Vancouver;

 To The Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Tony Blair as well as the British Foreign minister and the British Ambassador to the United Nations;

Dear Sirs/(Madame’s);

It has come to my attention through the press today, that Mr. Blair might actually be wanting to help out the international community in regard to several current and ongoing crisis’s. I write this letter to put the suggestion to your government, of Great Britain, that you should seriously consider the following proposal I put forth to you good people in the form of this questions; " Should Great Britain not be putting forth a resolution to the United Nations that would make wars, invasions, occupations, violent aggressions one nation against another or individuals residing within a nation made into a international criminal offence with international courts and police/military to enforce these "new" international laws?

With the leadership of any nation or group within a nation being held criminally responsible for such actions?  Also, should Great Britain not be putting forth a resolution to the United Nations making it illegal for any nation on earth to acquire nuclear weapons and that any nation with nuclear weapons begin a orderly and "fair" nuclear arms reduction to the ultimate goal of absolute nuclear disarmament? If Great Britain and the United States of America are wanting to act as the worlds policing agency through the United Nations than should not  these "fair" measures be imposed on all nations for all nations to be expected to "obey" Washington and London's policies on these issues? If not, than why not please sir? I await your reply.

Email letter sent to United States President George W. Bush also Mr. Bolten and the United States Congress and Senate with copies sent to CBC Canada Now Vancouver of July 15, 2006;

Dear Mr. President George W. Bush, Mr. Bolton United States ambassador to the United Nations in New York City and United States Congress and Senate;

RE; BRINGING ABOUT THE "NEW WORLD ORDER" THAT MR. BUSH SENIOR ANNOUNCED WAS IN FULL EFFECT THROUGH THE UNITED NATIONS SECURITY COUNCIL DURING THE GULF WAR OF 1990;

Dear Sirs/Madame’s;

I do believe that now is a very incredibly good time for your nation to make good on the promise that your former President George Bush senior has made to the world during the gulf war of 1990. I distinctly recall, Mr. Bush senior declaring to the entire world that; "There is now a new world order." I recall Mr. Bush senior was talking about the nations of the world being joined together in unity through the United Nations organization to "unite' and fight the aggression of the Saddam Hussein regime in Iraq, that had invaded Kuwait at that time. I recall Mr. Bush senior decreeing that the nations of the world would now be coming together to fight for justice and keep independent nations free from invasions and from other nation’s attacks. To fulfill the United Nations mandate to keep the peace of the world.

 Is it not the time for America to be led (most appropriately) by yourself, Mr. President Bush junior, to submit resolutions to the United Nations to make wars, invasions, violent aggressions, one nation, or group operating within a nation, against another nation, a international criminal offence and to establish international courts and police/military forces to enforce these "new" international laws? To bring to justice any leader of any nation or group within a nation that breaches these laws with reasonable grounds and within reason? If not. Than please explain to me why not?! I await your prompt reply on this, as does the world. As you are well aware the world is currently once again in a place of invasions and conflicts. Keeping Americas promise will get this world headed in the correct direct and begin the establishment of international order. It might take time. But we do have time. That is for free. The wild western states, at the time of America’s birth as a nation was a wild place. Just like the international community is right now. It took some time but, the west was finally tamed. Now it is time to tame the world and keep your fathers promise for the good of America and the entire world!

 Also, don't you think that it is only fair and proper that the whole entire world be obligated and not be "allowed" to acquire nuclear weapons rather than a few countries of your own personal choosing Mr. President? Don't you believe in fairness sir? Fair, after all, is just plain fair! There should be international laws making it a international crime for any nation on the face of the earth to acquire nuclear weapons. There should also be   international laws making it mandatory for all nations on this earth to begin nuclear weapons reductions in a fair and orderly way. This should be with the ultimate goal to achieve ultimately total and complete nuclear disarmament. Don't you agree sir? If not than why not? I, and the world really want to know! You owe us a answer! I await mine! Thank-you very much for your kind attention to this matter of world wide importance and significance!

Sincerely,

Email letter sent to Russian President Vladimir Putin on the Russian government web site with a copy sent to CBC Canada Now Vancouver of July 18, 2006;

From: Barrie Caldwell

Date: 7/17/2006 10:55:49 PM

Subject: A "New World Order Organization of Nations"

To The President of Russia Vladimir Putin

Dear Mr. Putin;

I am so happy that you have had the G8 summit in Russia. I am glad to hear that you are warming relations with Canada. I applaud your effort to attempt to bring about resolve in the international community through peaceful, sensible and realistic means. You are a sensible leader that has shown an attention and desire for peace in this world. I want you to know that your efforts are being noticed and are appreciated. I realize that there are some that have rendered some criticism towards your leadership in your country. You have a very difficult job running such a huge nation with all the difficulties that your nation has endured through the century’s right until the most recent reforms towards a free open market economy and all the challenges you do face. I believe that you are doing your best for your nation and that changes come slowly some times. I think that your nation has endured much in this regard and needs to stay the course which I am sure that you are trying to do with some difficulties which I can empathize with you about.

 I wish to put forth a proposal to you sir, a suggestion that I have already written to Canada, United States and Great Britain's leadership with. The suggestion is that your nation put forth (along with, or in place of , other nations of the world I have written to)  a resolution to the United Nations to make war, invasions and violent aggression one nation or group within a nation, against another nation a international criminal offence with international criminal courts, police/military established to enforce these "new" international laws.

Also, to put forth a resolution to the United Nations for international laws to be established to make it illegal for any nation on the face of the earth, to acquire nuclear weapons and also international laws making nuclear weapons reductions a international law. To be carried out in a "fair" and reasonable way to the ultimate goal of absolute nuclear weapon disarmament. As you can well see this will in fact solve a great deal of the international conflicts and tensions with the establishment of these kind of international laws and court system> To begin the international justice system that can bring about a lasting peace in the world as it does for the most part in most civilized individual nations. I thank you for your attention in reading and reviewing my proposal to you Mr. Putin. This world needs true leadership in bringing about a global justice system. I happen to believe that you will be instrumental in this endeavor.

Sincerely,

Email letter sent to Secretary of State of the United States of America of July, 21, 2006 with a copy sent to CBC Canada Now Vancouver;

I believe that it is time for the United States to take international affairs with the Middle East much more seriously and act a lot more responsibly to achieve a ultimate solution of peace in the Middle East. The United States government needs to promote a lasting peace initiative in the middle East. The United Nations Secretary Generals U.N. Report on the Middle East, although it would provide a temporary peace initiative in the Middle East, it will not promote a lasting and ongoing peace initiative in the Middle East. The United States should be putting forth a resolution to the United Nations to make wars, invasions, violent aggressions one group of individuals within a nation or individual nations and kidnappings of individual’s an international criminal offence with the establishment of international courts, police/military to enforce and monitor these "new" international laws! With the leaders of these nations or groups within these nations held criminally responsible.  This should have been done at the foundation of the United Nations whose mandate is to uphold the peace of the world. This needs to be initiated by America so that America can once again reclaim its place in the eyes of the world as the great liberators of oppressions in the world by leading these resolutions to the United Nations.

Email letter sent to the Israeli Prime Minister with a copy sent to CBC Canada Now Vancouver of July 23, 2006;

To the Prime Minister of Israel Ehud Olmert;

Dear sir;

I am aware of the fact that your nation has been the victim of a great deal of violent opposition, strife, physical and verbal abuse from your neighbors. I believe that is a very painful situation that your nations live under. I can appreciate these facts. I appreciate your need and desire to defend Israeli soldiers and innocent citizens from kidnappings and terror attacks. I appreciate the fact that you have been trying to be at peace with your neighbors by giving back tracks of land to the Palestinians. I personally applaud your efforts and attempts in this specific regard. It was a step in the right direction. It is too bad that the Palestinians did not respond positively rather than the bitter calls to war against your nation. This must be a very difficult thing to take considering your efforts. I am very sorry about this situation.

  However, It is only turning the Palestinians further towards a desperately  violence reaction to your nation when you have now mounted this violent campaign against them, by attacking Lebanon. Hezbollah is only gaining further strength with the Palestinians with attacks such as this one on Lebanon. The radical elements only gain more favor and appeal to the people who loose loved ones in these kinds of military engagements. This will only lead to more revenge killings through the suicide bombers and attacks. Please find it in your nations best interests to cease fire on Lebanon. Cease fire for the sake of peace. Cease fire for the good of your nation’s relationship with your neighbors. It is a very difficult thing for your people to be under the constant verbal attack of some leaders of the world as well as the Humas and some others. Please just rise above the verbal taunts that they keep heaping at you. I know that this is easier said than done however, this is what you need to do. You are better than this. The Palestinians dream of the time when they had the whole land all to themselves I suppose this will never end for them. It is simply a matter of how you react to these taunts and claims. I trust that you will take this into serious consideration.

 If you want true lasting peace in the Middle East with all of your neighbors (as I know that you do) than you will need to join with the cause of bringing resolutions forth to the United Nations making it a international criminal offence for any nation or group of individuals within a nation to commit acts of violent aggression, wars, invasions, terrorist attacks or kidnappings one nation or group within a nation or nations against another. With the provision of a international court and military/police to enforce theses new laws.  I have written to the United States government, British government, Russian government and yours. This is a resolution that should have been made at the close of world war two to the United Nations. This should have been done and was not at the very foundation of the United Nations. It needs to be done for the security and safety of all the worlds’ citizens as well as your own. Then the peace process can begin with all the worlds’ nations participating in enforcing these new laws. Every nation on earth has a form of legal and justice systems. All nations on earth that are considered civilized have murder as a criminal offence. Now is the time for the world to have a criminal justice system against the biggest cause of civilian death, murder and famine and all atrocities on a massive scale that go with it.

Sincerely,

Email letters to members of the United Nations Security Council regarding the war on Lebanon with a copy sent to CBC Canada Now, Vancouver of July 25, 2006;

Dear United Nations Security Council Member;

RE; The current Israel and Lebanon war crisis;

I know that as member of the United Nations Security Council your government has a tremendous responsibility to the citizens of this entire world in making informed and successful decisions that will most effectively protect innocent civilians.

I know that the Israelis are claiming that they are enforcing a United Nations resolution in their attack on Lebanon to dismantle Hezbollah. The Israelis are also claiming to be fulfilling their part in the global war on terror against Hezbollah militants by going after them in their strong holds in Lebanon.

As a member of the United Nations Security Council you have the ability to introduce a resolution to the United Nations that will end this current and possibly all future war and invasions of this kind in the Middle East as well as in the whole entire world. I know that as the humanitarian government, of the citizens of  your wonderful country, and as the good citizen's of this planet your country is, you will be most appreciative of the importance and significance of this international permanent peace proposal.

There needs to be a resolution(S) put forth to the United Nations for all wars, invasions, occupations, violent aggressions, terrorist acts of citizens of one nation being committed against citizens of another nation, or a group of individuals within a nation, against citizens of another nation, made a international criminal offence with the establishment of a United Nations police force/military and international courts to enforce the "new" founded international laws. With the leaders of these offending nations or groups within a nation, being held internationally criminally responsible for breaking these laws.

 This needs to be done so that all nations will be obligated to conform to the new laws. Fairness is the key element here. If all nations are to conform to any United Nations resolutions and instructions than they must apply to every nation for the United Nations to realistically expect compliance to occur. Just as your nations communities have laws against murder, so should the international community have the same laws. The world needs a country to step up to the for front and act in the very best interests of the international community. I entrust this resolution proposal in your capable hands. I trust that your government will bring this resolution proposal up at the current meeting in Rome regarding the current war situation in Lebanon.

There needs to be similar international laws established through United Nations resolution(S) making it a international criminal offence for any nation on the face of the earth to acquire nuclear weapons. There should also be a additional resolution making international law for all nations of the earth, to begin a orderly, fair and monitored nuclear arms disarmament and disposal of all the individual nations nuclear weapons arsenals. This needs to be done for any nation to be expected to comply with nuclear arms non acquisition resolutions put forth by the United Nations. The element of genuine fairness, will greatly aid in the compliance of such laws as opposed to unfair resolutions singling out a few individual select nations. This is a simple fact of life. I am sure that you can see my point.

Thank-you very much for your time and attention in these regards.

Sincerely,

Subject: Steps Forward to a Genuine "New World Order" not obsession over the "Old World of Disorder and Mistakes Made"

Dear United Nations Security Council Member Nation;

RE; THE NEXT STEPS TO ACHIEVE A NEW WORLD ORDER TO ESTABLISH GENUINE AND ACTUAL WORLD PEACE IN OUR GENERATION AND LIFE TIME

The next steps in establishing the "New World Order" that I wrote to you about recently in regard to the current and most recent Middle Eastern violent aggressive crisis with Israel invading Lebanon;

1) The United Nations General Assembly and Security Council all need to meet together, to establish international laws that are most relevant, significant, necessary and most effective in making this world a much safer and stabile place to live in for all of the innocent civilians of the international community. I have supplied examples of the same, in my last email to you and have a copy of the same available to you on my web site under the title of; "NWOON Press" at; https://www.canadiansovereigntyandprosperityparty.com

2) After the establishment of these "new International laws" It is necessary to vote on a United Nations resolution to make these new international laws by way of this kind of United Nations resolution.

3)  Once the United Nations Resolution is made, there needs to be the establishment of a "new international court" and mediation process to deal with breaches of these new international laws. A United Nations meeting and vote will need to be held to determine which country will be the host country of such a "new" international court.

4) Once the "new international court" location has been established, (it can be in the countries national supreme court system that already exists to save on building a entirely new court house, with United Nations funding for the additional work load for the court) then the United Nations will need to use the international communities police and military forces to enforce breaches of these international laws. Just as the United Nations coalition forces did during the Gulf War of 1990. This was the time that former president of the United States George Bush senior declared and promised the entire world that; "A New World Order" has now been established. As you will recall, the former president lead the United Nations coalition forces to most successfully extract Iraq's military lead by Saddam Hussein from their occupation of Kuwait.

I know that with your countries dedication to humanity, life, happiness, health, wellness and the stability of the innocent civilians of nations in crisis all over this world, right now and in the future, you will take the most appropriate and much needed actions. Thank-you for your kind concern for the future of this world and to do your nations part to fulfill the United Nations mandate that you are most obligated to seek taking place; "to preserve the peace of the world."

Sincerely,

Email letter sent to The Province, Sun and National Post Newspapers of August 3, 2006;

Pierre Elliot Trudeau had it right concerning Cuba. Making enemies of a national leader, regardless of the political differences that they have being contrary to our own, is childish, immature and clearly displays a genuine lack of interest and commitment for the cause of international peace. We need more successful relationships with the international community. Even with leaders that have really bad humanitarian and civil rights records. If Castro is such a terrible leader for his nation than why have the people of Cuba tolerated his Presidency for so tremendously long? He got in through a military coo did he not? Couldn't the people of Cuba have organized a coo to get rid of him if he was so hated and terrible? I think so. The people tolerated him well enough. It's up to them to get rid of him and choose democracy. It is not up to us to choose democracy for the Cuban people. If they want it they can reach out and get it at any time. If they are not strong enough in their resolve to obtain democracy than, it is not up to us to make them get it! The world doesn't need more countries supporting hatred and intolerance towards a nation’s leadership that could lead up to another international invasion or "Berlin wall". The world needs Canada to get back to her original course of tolerance, acceptance of differences that lead to harmony and peace in the world. The world doesn't need another war machine north of the USA, doing a impersonation of Bush administration.

Subject: United Nations Draft Resolution to the current Lebanon Israel war crisis also Iraq in crisis being on the edge of all out civil war.

To; The President of the United States of America; George W. Bush and The United Nations Security Council Member Nations;

RE; The UN Draft Resolution over Israel and Lebanon war Crisis and the on going Crisis in Iraq;

Dear Sirs/Madame’s;

I am very pleased that the United States and France's ambassadors have taken up the task of drafting a resolution to the current Lebanon War Crisis. Please stick to it, so that there will be an end to the terrible death and destruction currently going on in Lebanon by Israel. I understand that Lebanon and many other Middle Eastern nations are calling for a withdrawal by Israel and that they are not satisfied with the current draft of the resolution for this reason. I believe that you need to do all that you can to satisfy both sides in this conflict for there to be a lasting peace over the current violence, death and destruction that is devastating Lebanon right now. Thank-you very much for your united efforts on this resolution effort. Please continue to work towards the solution.

I want to also take this opportunity to mention that there needs to be a solution in Iraq. The United States strategy in Iraq has been; "to try to unit the country" and has been the goal in Iraq. This is clearly, the most favored outcome for the entire world to want to see happen in Iraq. The President of the United States and the many other United States officials, as well as other world leaders have been in Iraq on numerous occasions to try to promote this desired out come, over many months. Unfortunately, this goal has proven to be unobtainable. I personally believe that the only possible and likely solution for Iraq, in order to avoid a all out civil war and perhaps, even, lead to a lasting peace, is for the United States and the United Nations to en still a Bosnian style of peace settlement and solution. That, of course, is to segregate the three main religious and ethnic factions into their own prospective geographic part of the country with their own prospective governments. That would, most unfortunately, make Iraq into three countries with there own police force and individual governments as you are aware. This was the ultimate United Nations solution that has been working in settling the previous and similar crisis in Bosnia. Therefore, this method needs to be implemented in Iraq as well. As it is truly the most likely solution to the increasing violence and instability in Iraq. Thank-you for your attention to this matter as well.

Sincerely,

Subject: The Partitioning of Iraq, as a solution to all of the Violence and to prevent all out civil war in that country.

To; The President of the United States of America George W. Bush;

Dear Sir;

RE; THE PARTITIONING OF IRAQ AS A SOLUTION TO ALL THE VIOLENCE AND TO PREVENT ALL OUT CIVIL WAR;

Why not have the Iraqi people decide on this as a issue that would or would not be a possible or likely solution to their countries problems of violence and being on the edge of civil war? Is this not the true and genuine democratic way? Rather than rejecting the idea in whole based on your own beliefs about this solution to this situation in Iraq. All I am saying is this should be left to the Iraqi people rather than United States foreign policy. This is the true democratic way.

Sincerely,

Subject: RE; Iraq and a United Nations need to establish a Inquiry to investigate a UN Resolution Proposal;

To; The President of the United States of America; George W. Bush, The Secretary-General of the United Nations and all of the United Nations Security Council Nations;

Dear Sirs/Madame’s;

RE; IRAQ AND A UNITED NATIONS SECURITY COUNCIL NEED TO ESTABLISH A INQUIRY TO INVESTIGATE A "NEW" UN RESOLUTION PROPOSAL;

Please give serious consideration to ending the violence and "lawlessness" in Iraq by calling a United Nations Security Council Resolution to establish an "inquiry" into weather the violence and civil war fare will be lessoned or perhaps, even ended by the partitioning of Iraq into the three main religious and ethnic divisions, that are so seriously entrenched in Iraq. To make this investigation in Iraq to make a determination as to the feasibly and likelihood that a three part partition in Iraq will aid substantially in the reduction and even perhaps, bring a end to the violence that is largely due to ethnic and religious differences. To establish a inquiry as to weather this Bosnian type of "split" will be of benefit to the Iraqi people are not. This "partition" was put in place by the NATO nations as you will recall in Bosnia with a very favorable out come. The investigation needs to be done. Since the American and other countries troops are planning on remaining there to try to "straighten" the country out. There needs to be a more effective plan implemented. The one in place now is simply not working. It is not bringing about peace in the nation of Iraq. It is the United Nations mandate; "to keep the peace of the world." Please do so by investigating the feasibility of this proposal by interviewing all the various religious and ethnic group leaders in Iraq to make this determination.

Thank-you very much,

Sincerely,

To; The Supreme Leader and Chief of State; Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and The President of Iran; Mahmoud Ahmadinesjad;

Dear Sirs;

RE; MIDDLE EAST PEACE;

I have been hearing your repeated calls to have Israel obliterated. I know that you do not support the Israeli state being in existence. This idea of yours has come across loud and clear, both recently and in the past. It only seems to be aggravating the Israeli's to a point of attacking Lebanon. I know that you clearly have a long standing feud with Israel. However, how productive is it for in the Middle East to be taunting Israel in this way? I believe that this might be the reason that the Israeli's invaded Lebanon, most recently.

 I call your attention to the Koran 20.47 that says; "So go you both to him and say; Surely we are two apostles of your Lord; therefore send the children of Israel with us and do not torment them! Indeed we have brought to you a communication from Your Lord, and peace is on him who follows the guidance."

Peace needs to be on Iran and Lebanon as well as the whole Middle East. Do you not agree with this teaching from your own Holy Book the Koran?

Please refer to the Koran.008; 8.61, Which says; "And if they incline to peace, then incline to it and trust in Allah: surely He is the Hearing, the Knowing."

Please incline to peace as it is being inclined to by Israel right now. Please do not provoke more invasions and wars in your region of the world. Please do what you can to keep the current peace in Lebanon. The People of the Middle East and indeed the entire world need lasting peace. Please do what you can to promote peace!

Please remember the Koran as it teaches in; Koran .002; 2.263 which says; "Kind speech and forgiveness is better than charity followed injury; and Allah is Self-sufficient, Forbearing."

Please remember the teachings of the Koran in regard to kind speech. Please keep these teachings close to you for the sake of peace in the Middle East and indeed in the entire world. Thank-you for your kindness in reading my pleas to you. I trust that you will take up and follow in, the peaceful ways of Allah.

In all Truth and Honestly For the Cause of World Peace,

To; The President of the United States of America, The United Nations Security Council Member Nations, United Nations General Assembly and Secretary General of The United Nations;

RE; SANCTIONS AGAINST IRAN AND NORTH KOREA REGARDING THE AQUSITION AND DEVELOMENT OF NUCLEAR TECHNOLOGY FOR THE PURPOSES OF NUCLEAR WEAPONS DEVELOPMENT;

I am most impressed with India's most recent  submission and proposal of bringing the international community through the United Nations in to a "New World Order" and a new age of peace and prosperity on this planet as we all know and love it. To bring about a meaningful and actual nuclear weapons disarmament talks that will lead to an international commitment and laws that actually prohibit and ban internationally, the possession, acquisition and development of nuclear arms will in deed bring about a New World Order in the realm of peace, stability and prosperity.

The prosperity will come with a world without money being spent on nuclear arms development and acquisition being turned over to the reconstruction of war torn countries and cities as well as humanitarian aid and humanitarian development projects that produce solutions to many of the world’s problems of poverty and miss trust one nation against another. To end the need to distrust people of other nations, religions, cultures and ethnic roots will clearly bring about an effective "New World Order" in this world of ours.

It is a very significant start to bring an end to suffering, misfortune, poverty, death through wars and invasions, miss trust and mans in humanity towards man. This is a very significant step forward in the direction of resolving miss trust in the international community. Mistrust that leads to all kinds of acts of violence, aggression and uncaring one nation against another. This world can do without this kind of prejudice. These worlds’ leaders need to move in this direction towards order and caring one individual within a nation towards another, one nation towards another. Nuclear disarmament is one extremely significant step towards a real and actual world of peace. Is this goal some thing worth setting for the international community? Is this goal realistic in its very nature? Let’s all hope, dream, believe and work towards its fulfillment. With nuclear disarmament as one of the immediate goals in sight.

Let’s leave a "New World Order" in place now, as our legacy and our generation’s contribution to all future generations of peoples all over the world. Let this initiative from India be the beginning of establishing real world peace and order for all generations to come. Let your grandchild and their children's children remember this time as the time that the whole world took a change for peace and stability. This, in place of learning in school all about who all the players were for the most recent war and or threat of our civilizations very existence as they do now in school.

Sincerely,

Email letter to the President of the United States of America with copies to the United Nations Security Council, General Assembly and CBC Canada Now Vancouver of October 17, 2006;

To The President of the United States of America;

Dear Sir;

RE; Iraq and America

I wish that you would give some serious consideration to going after the actual terrorist such as Bin Laden and others that are still out there hiding out and making threatening tapes aimed at America and the free world repositioning their Jihad against America. Why have you spent so much time and resources invading and staying in Iraq when many of these original terrorist are still out where on the loose? You originally, clearly, promised before the Iraq invasion and at the site of the World Trade Center 9/11 attacks that you would bring these cowards to justice. Then you got side tracked on to Iraq and Saddam Hussein. I wish that you would begin to redeploy your troops from Iraq to go after the remaining terrorists so that America can finally have real, true, genuine justice from the original terrorist attacks of 9/11 and fulfill your original promise that you made to Americans. For America to have a true and complete victory over terrorists who attacked America in the first place and started all of this violence.

Remaining in Iraq any longer is not only not going to solve all of the many and various violence and military woes of that nation but, as many experts are saying, will likely only add to the continued violence there. If Iraq wants to avoid a civil war, than Iraqis will have to step up to the fore front and save there own county without any foreign interference. This not only includes all the neighboring countries surrounding Iraq, but, also WashingtonIraq s "new" democratic government will have to come to terms with security and stability issues in their own country. Otherwise, the United Nations may need to step in to aid in assistance. I don't believe that America can or is obligated to do any thing more in Iraq. I believe the writing is on the wall, that America cannot effectively do any thing more in Iraq, as unfortunate as this may in fact be.

If America leaves Iraq, and Iraq falls to the wrong influences and control of those that hate America, the questions then are; "who are they?" "Why do they hate America so much?" "And what can be done to stop them from spreading their message and actions of hate and violence against the innocent?" I believe that those that learn to hate America need to learn to love America. How is this possible? Education, foreign aid, economic improvements, (when ever reasonably possible in a stable regime) and a "new" American foreign policy will all help in this regard. To help make America safe from terrorists attacks. This may not be the immediate answer. However, it will, I believe, go along way down the road to true peace for the future in the long run. Meanwhile, tracking down the original terrorists and catching them instead of remaining in Iraq is what needs to be done, as you have originally promised America, sir. A promise after all is a promise and I know that America will hold you too this one. Staying in Iraq in the long run will only cause more tensions and as the CIA has reported recently, will only increase the extremely militant and violent jihad movement in the Middle East. This is not protecting America, or the free world, sir. Please don't ignore the CIA on this most recent report and finding most recently completed that you have only in part releasing to the press.

I trust that you will give serious consider to these proposals that I have submitted to you and keep your promise on bringing these terrorists to justice by re deploying your troops to track these terrorists down.

Sincerely,

To; The President of the United States of America George W. Bush and United States Ambassador to the United Nations Mr. John Bolton;

 Dear Mr. President and Ambassador Mr. John Bolton;

RE; THE UNITED STATES VETO OF A PEACE AND SECURITY MEASURE RESOLUTION THAT WAS PUT FORTH AND VOTED IN FAVOUR OF BY 9 OF THE 15 SECURITY COUNCIL NATIONS WITH 4 ABSTAINS, FOR ISRAEL TO IMMEDIATELY WITHDRAW THIER MILITARY FORCES FROM GAZA AND CONDEMNING ISRAELI ATTACKS THAT HAVE KILLED 18 INNOCENT PEOPLE IN PALESTINE;

 If you want to protect the United States of America and the world from sponsoring and promoting terrorist organizations from growing and fluorescing in the Middle East, than you will need to follow along with the other United Nations Security Council nations that are trying to move in this direction by putting forth resolutions such as this one.

I know that you want to support Israel as a alloy country and as a friendly nation to the United States of America. However, you really do need to seriously consider going against Israeli foreign policies when the Middle East peace and security is at stake as well the world's peace and security is clearly at stake in the Middle East

I hope that you will reconsider your position of supporting Israel in absolutely every thing that they decide to do regardless of the cost to peace and security of the Middle East and the world of their actions. I urge you to consider this fact that the other Security Council nations of the United Nations are going in this direction. Please consider that not every single thing that Israel does in the Middle East to their neighbors is in the very best interests of peace and stability in the Middle East.

It has become very clear that Israel is disposed to a position of overreacting and going to war against their neighbors for virtually no good reasons or very little reasons with your full support. Israeli leaders like to claim that they are fighting Hezbollah and other terrorist groups by declaring war and invading a nation such as Lebanon. Then they proceed to destroy the nation with their far superior military might. This simply, is not right at all.

Israel does not even show any genuine concern for the United Nations observers and kill them without warrant and offer a superficial apology when they kill these UN observers, I think intentionally because they were in some way impeding their demolition and pulverization of Lebanon most recently. Please do not give the Israeli government a blank check to do what ever they want to their neighbors in consideration of the damages done to the Middle East peace and stability as Israel is clearly more interested in flexing their military muscles and talking with bullets and armaments than with words.

Please follow along with the other United Nations Security Council nations for the safety and security of the United States of America, as vetoing this kind of resolution is the very fuel the terrorists are looking for to fuel their fire against America. The other Security Council nations are clearly aware of this fact and want to off set this factor with this kind of resolution.

Sincerely,

To the President of the United States of America George W. Bush, Iraq's Prime Minister, England's Prime Minister;

RE; IRAQ AND NATO'S MILITARY INVOLVEMENT IN THIS NATION WITH A EMPHASIS ON PEACE AND STABILITY WITHIN IRAQ;

Dear sirs;

In regard to Iraq, I would like to take this opportunity, if you will allow me to suggest that to provide the people of Iraq with peace and to try to stabilize the violence in Iraq you might give serious consideration to having a temporary or interim state of emergency declared to impose security measures that include;

1) Having the three very distinct religious groups of Iraqi citizens; the Sunni, Shiite and Kurd that are prone to violence against one another, segregated into there three very distinct geographic regions that they already primarily reside in.

2) To set up boundaries and check points for the purpose of segregation to keep the three different feuding religious factions out of each others geographic regions in an effort to attempt to stabilize the rampant violence and corruption one group being committed  against the other.

3) To have these religious geographic "zones" manned by the Iraqi soldiers and Iraqi police that are of the particular religious group of Iraqi's that they are specifically guarding.

4) That NO NATO or UN military or police personal shall ever be subjected to directly guarding any of the geographic "zones" that is under Iraqi religious segregation al guard.

5)   That all NATO and UN military and police personal be used only in back up position maintained well away from the check points. This is because a great deal of the suicide and road side bombings and road side explosive devices are occurring at security check points. If the Iraqi people all know that this is the case, it should reduce the violence committed against NATO and UN troops on duty in Iraq.

These measures do not at all have to necessitate the hotly disputed official partitioning of Iraq. These measures can be imposed on a strictly interim basis and revoked when possible with stabilization of the nation and with a substantial enough decrease in the violence and corruption being committed primarily one distinct religious group of Iraqis against another. Once the Iraqi's have settled down and realized there need for unity and have maintained order, the national government can in fact still be in full effect.

I sincerely hope that you good gentlemen will give these measures the careful consideration that is required. In the interests of a stabile, peaceful and democratic Iraq.

Truthfully and sincerely,

Subject: FIGHTING TERRORISM IN THE MIDDLE EAST

To; The President of the United States of America, Prime Minister of United Kingdom, Prime Minister of Canada and all NATO nations involved;

RE; FIGHTING TERRORISM IN THE MIDDLE EAST;

Dear Sirs;

If the United States of America along with all the NATO nations involved in the global fight against terrorism were to start spending the billions turning into trillions of US dollars on fighting terrorism in the Middle East through education and economic incentives and policies to help end the poverty that puts individuals in the Middle East in a position of resenting America to the point of turning to the desperate measures of violence through terrorist actions and activities, there would be no Osama Bin Laden type of terrorists able to poison enough peoples minds to commit his own brand of terrorism in mass.

If the United States were to spend the money on education and training these impoverished people of the Middle East to help them to achieve a better financial and economic society there would be a lot less of the fuel that feeds these terrorist ideologies in the first place. The United States would be seen more as the "Great Savior" by a lot of Middle Easterners rather than "The Great Satan" like they have been saying previously.

Perhaps, the Islamic terrorists wouldn't all just stop with there evil intentions against the United States and NATO countries if you were to adopt this type of policy immediately, however, it would decrease the hatred and fanatical fuel that feeds these terrorists in the first place. It would prove ultimately, to decrease this fanaticism that is fueled by their poverty for the Islamic extremists and terrorists movement. The CIA has concluded that the current occupation and military actions in Iraq and I believe Afghanistan as well are merely providing fuel and incentives for these Islamic terrorists to fuel the fires of there hatred and contempt against America.

I don't know that it is very reasonable to expect to eliminate all terrorism and extremism's all over the world completely. However, there is trying to defuse the "bomb" of terrorism and extremism and then there lighting the fuse of the bomb that can end up exploding as a terrorist act committed against America

Sincerely,

Subject: The Necessary International Action Needed to End the Suffering of Innocence civilians in the Darfur Region of Sudan Africa;

To The President of the United States of America George W. Bush, The Secretary General of the United Nations, All of the Security Council Member Nations of the United Nations and other countries of NATO that may be concerned about Solving the Crisis in Darfur Region of Sudan Africa;

Dear National and International Leaders and United Nations Representative and Nations and NATO;

RE; SOLVING THE GENOCIDE IN THE DARFUR REGION OF SUDAN;

As you are all very much aware the crisis in Darfur has not been solved and remains at large despite the UN's involvement and the Peace Treaty that was signed by most of parties directly involved in the genocide back in May of this year 2006 with the Secretary Generals involvement.

The United Nations needs to take a far greater involvement in the solution here as the situation is not solving itself. The Sudanese government's continuous threats against the United Nations deployment of troops are causing the quandary with the United Nations leaders that are leading to the inaction on the part of the United Nations. No country wants to send their troops into a hostile nation with threats from the national leadership.

To solve this issue, the militaries and Para military organizations that have signed the peace accord of May 2006 and the military or Para militias type group that can be identified as a part of the genocide against innocent civilians in Darfur must be given a ultimatum to abide by the terms of the cease fire and peace accord or face direct military actions from the United Nations.

 If the United Nations cannot agree on this action than NATO will need to step up to the forefront as they did in Bosnia back in 1995. NATO gave the Bosnians and Serbs ultimatums that were not abided by and NATO began the bombing missions by air on the military in that war torn country that was to abide by the terms of a imposed cease fore. This was in place of immediately sending in troops on the ground.

The results for Bosnia and Herzegovina were significant in the end. There was a great deal of criticism of NATO countries actions at that time, however, ultimately the results were peace and stability for this region.

Peace and Stability and ending wars that are causing immense, brutal pain and suffering for innocent unprotected citizens of a nation of this world needs to be the United Nations priority. Hostile nations that breach peace and security within their own nation must be dealt with all force necessary to preserve peace, stability and protect the innocent people of this world. This is what the United Nations first priority needs to be.

Providing people of different countries with democracy and freedom should not be the priority of the United Nations as innocent people being raped, tortured and  brutally murdered needs to be given priority one. Once these issues are dealt with effectively enough, providing freedom and liberty can be discussed in further detail. The one exemption would obviously be liberating the world from oppression such as necessary in world war 1 and 2. Fortunately, the United Nations and NATO have kept this from being necessary in the last 61 years since the end of world war two.

The people of this world have come a long way towards a more peaceful world. There has been no world war in some 61 years. All the Nations of the world need to continue to work together, so that we will all achieve, perhaps in our life time, a goal of world peace and stability. Military involvement's in foreign nations needs to be done for the causes and purposes of imposing peace and stability in a nation at war. Not for any other purpose. If the United Nations can solve this dilemma starting with Darfur, than perhaps this world can go on to solving other important problems with our available time and resources used for this purpose. Instead of the immense costs of military involvement's.

Thank-you for your time and attention to this matter of extreme importance. For the good of all mankind.

Sincerely,

Dear Prime Minister Ehud Olmert;

RE; THE NEED FOR INNOCENT CIVILIANS TO BE PROTECTED FROM THE JANJAWEED MILITIAS THAT ARE COMMITTING GENOCIDE AGAINST THE  INNOCENT SUDANESE AND WEST CHAD CIVILIANS;

Since Israel is said to have one of the strongest militaries now in the world, because of the fact that the Jewish people were also victims by Hitler in the second world war of an attempt of genocide against the Jewish people, I am asking on behalf of the Sudanese and the innocent civilians of west Chad, that your country take the charge in the United Nations recent resolution to use a military commitment to this region.

Please consider your nation and military to be used in the world as the great and mighty warriors and defenders of the innocent people of the earth were genocide is being committed against another race of people. As the Americans and others came to the Jewish people aid to end the attempt of genocide against your people. Please consider doing the same for the innocent people suffering right now in Darfur and west Chad.

RE; YOUR POSITION REGARDING THE UNITED NATIONS GENERAL ASSEMBLY'S RESOLUTION THAT WAS ADOPTED TODAY, BY A MARGIN OF 156 IN FAVOUR TO ONY 7 AGAINST, DEPLORING ISRAELS MILITARY ATTACKS IN THE GAZA STIP;

It is abundantly clear, in the United Nations General Assembly, that 92% of the 170 nations voting in favor of condemning Israel's actions with their neighbors in Gaza, in the killing of innocent Palestinian civilians is the correct course of action for the United Nations to take.

Any nation that continuously acts out in violence against its neighbors needs to be condemned for their actions. Especially, when there are alternative measures that could be employed. There are always alternative measures to violence. Except in some extreme cases. Violence need not always be Israel's first and only choice to any dispute with her neighbors. The United Nations exists for the purpose of providing alternative solutions to violent aggression between any two nations. Israel has a history of acting out in violence with their neighbors through their military without using proper and due restraint. No nation should be allowed, nor encouraged to use brutal military force against their neighbors no matter how long and antagonistic the dispute is and has been going on for.

Your response to this general assembly's resolution by saying that the United Nations credibility might be harmed in it's passing of this resolution very clearly wrong. In fact, this kind of resolution being adopted by the United Nations General Assembly and would have been adopted in the UN's Security Council except for your veto, does in fact give the United Nations credibility. It shows that the United Nations cares about innocent civilians in the Middle East and in deed in the entire world. It shows that the United Nations is on the right track of showing the whole world that killing innocent civilians and taking military actions against your neighbors is just plain wrong and totally unacceptable. This is the correct message for the United Nations to be giving the world and indeed, yourself sir, as well as, the United States of America.

Clearly, the nations of the United Nations are trying to go in the correct direction to fulfill the United Nations founding purpose of providing peace and stability to the nations of the world and to protect innocent civilians. The United States of America needs to take head of this desire of the other nations of the United Nations both in the Security Council as well as in the General Assembly.

Not giving Israel a blank check to act in any manor that they please to their neighbors is not making a statement by the international community, nor the United States of America against Israel's right to and actual fact of existing as a nation.

I believe that the United States ought to be backing up the nations of the world, who want to try to stem off another war from erupting in the Middle East by Israel against their neighbors such as Lebanon. This cannot be done by backing Israeli aggression up in every single instance of it.

You sir, need to perhaps, give some very serious consideration to these facts as your continued appointment as the United States ambassador to the United Nations is having difficulty in being passed through both the congress and the senate. I understand that it is for this very reason that you are not being approved to continue on as the US ambassador. I think it is time that you start paying attention to the direct of the international community in place of your imposing your own agenda supporting aggression and war in the Middle East. Clearly, congress and the senate are not approving of your misdirection of America's involvement in the international community.

Sincerely,

Subject: Your article and form letter to "impeach president Bush regarding Iraq."

To; Dr. Miguel Angel Contreras;

Dear Sir;

RE; YOUR ARTICLE YOU PUBLISHED TODAY RE; IMPEACHING PRESIDENT BUSH;

Thank-you for starting the drive once again, it impeaches President Bush. I read your form letter and article you are so right. It is pride that keep a man from admitting that he has made a mistake and then to choose a new path for himself. However, when a individual is the leader of the United States of America this can lead a whole entire nation to fall. The bible says in proverbs; “Pride comes before a fall." Or in the president's case. Pride comes before impeachment.

The United States simply put needs to stop trying to dictate policy and resolutions to the nations of the world as if the other nations of the world's opinions and resolutions do not at all count. The United States needs to learn a certain degree of humility in their foreign policy and indeed in relation to how they behave in NATO and The United Nations forums. Humility and diplomacy is what it takes to have an effective United Nations and NATO. The current administration in the United States wants to dictate rather than negotiate policies to the world bodies and nations represented there in. This has and will continue to only lead to dissent in the world bodies as well as anger towards the United States government for being so Hippocratic about preaching about the importance of creating democracies in the Middle East while not allowing the United Nations to act in a truly democratic way.

 The United States needs to practice what they preach about democracy. The world bodies need to be governed in the "true" nature of a democracy. That is by all nations’ active participation through discussions and votes on resolutions. Like in the American congress and senate. The United Nations is a excellent forum for the United States to explain and display effective democratic governing in and though the world body. The United States can model democracy to all nations of earth through the United Nations rather show the nations of the world what is already known how to do, dictatorship and limited freedoms. Of course this is a lot to ask the current administration that has been effectively stripping away Americans constitutional freedoms one by one all in the name of protecting America from terrorists. All the while creating more terrorist and making them firmer in their resolve in turning to terrorism in the administrations continued occupation and on going "war" against terrorists by staying in Iraq and Afghanistan. This is what the CIA in their recent report has concluded in significant part.

Comment Posted on the Washington Post web site on December 17, 2006; Regarding a Article published about what Colin Powell the former Secretary of State for the United States had to say about Iraq;

Mr. Powell is primarily correct. The only thing is that the troops should be withdrawn already. The problem is with a United States president who cannot admit when he has taken the United States and indeed the entire world in the wrong direction. This will mean that the troops will need to stay there until the end of Mr. Bush's presidency or perhaps his impeachment. Either way, the troops should be long gone out of the nation of Iraq and Afghanistan. When has the United States ever had any real long term success in stabilizing any nation on earth that one administration or another has invaded or over thrown through one method or another?

 A nation that refuses to learn the lessons of their own history is a nation destined to become obsolete in the international political arena. The only real question is which country is going to dominate in the future? It will have to be the country that is most successful in giving the world a national leader who is heading in the right diplomatic direction through humility and sound reasoning as well as judgment and "true" and "genuine" diplomacy to stabilize the world for peace. The United States is the nation that could have already either achieved this as a goal or at least has the international community going down the right pathway to international peace and stability. It's such a shame that the American people cannot manage to find the right "diplomatic" leader who is able to admit when he is wrong and make necessary changes to policy when policy changes are long over due.
